Does anyone know how long that Seabolt guy lived in the Keddie area after the murders? Was he acquainted or friendly with Marty? And how is it we know that he was "into little girls?"

When I and some of the others went out to Keddie before Easter, I was told by a man who was a friend of Marty's and who lived out there at the time , that James was into little girls. He hid panties in the red fire box in front of their house. I didn't know this before. It was confirmed by Richards mother and several others. I was shocked to hear this. The man I talked to out there still lives there and is a caretaker of the properties. He was in Oakland at the time of murders however. We were all friends out there because it was such a small community. We weren't all close friends, but neighborly. Very Happy

gypsey i think i know who you are talking about. i went out their with a friend once and he scared us so bad we drove out of their crying.lol. and i think you are right about keeping yourself and your son protected. if the killers were marty and bo and if one of them is still alive there is a very good chance they read this and even if it was someone else im sure they read this quite often.

False Allegations of Child Abuse

Our instincts are to protect and defend defenseless children. It is a measure of a civilized society. It is equally instinctive to presume guilt. That tendency is even stronger when the accused must prove a negative---that what he or she is accused of didn't happen---and the accuser is a physician with a stack of degrees or, equally potent, a child. These combinations have led to countless criminal convictions: parents, day care providers, teachers, neighbors---even when the charges cannot be supported by objective scientific evidence, or when there was no physical evidence at all to support the claims

Eyewitness Identification

Eyewitness identification is one of the most potent and effective tools available to police and prosecutors. It is compelling, and time after time, it convinces juries of the guilt of a defendant. The problem is, eyewitness identifications are WRONG at least 50% of the time!

Wrongfully Convicted Cops

The practices employed by bureaucratically corrupt police and prosecutors to convict innocent citizens of crimes they did not commit -- coerced confessions, planting evidence, suborning perjured "snitch" testimony -- are brought to bear with a vengence on their fellow officers. Why? Self-promotion and career enhancement. Bagging one police officer for crimes he did not commit -- or crimes that never happened in the first place -- can do more for a crooked cop's career than putting away 100 real criminals. What is worse, the practices of the crooked cops have so tainted public perceptions that when they accuse a fellow officer, juries are predisposed to convict.

Dear Guest: I'm not sure what your point is concerning this case. I don't believe that anyone has accused anyone of child or police corruption. If you took it as that please us know why. Very Happy
