New Potential Evidence Collected

I'm happy to report that, due to someone approaching me on Facebook, new potential evidence in the murders was collected today. It will be processed ASAP.

I won't go into details, due to the nature of the information.

Let's keep this momentum going, folks.

I got an email an hour or two back from the editor of the Plumas News. Yeah, on Easter. That's kinda telling, eh?

PCSO have decided to go public with information regarding the recently obtained potential evidence, which is supposed to result in another article this Thursday. There's other things going on behind the scenes they may also be ready to discussed publicly. If not this Thursday, there's plenty going on worthy of further articles down the road.

It's far more important for PCSO to get the news out, and that PCSO also get the full benefit from dropping that information, so I won't steal their thunder by posting any hints about what was found. I think many will be happily surprised by what was located, where it was recovered, and all the implications clearly (and not-so-clearly) involved.

Just a quick update / teaser on the piece going to press on Thursday.

It will include info on the recently-recovered subject of this thread.

The more I hear about the newly-recovered evidence, the more of a slam-dunk it sounds. It's a real find, and it's disclosure should get a lot of assholes dropping pantyloads into their waffle-stompers. It should also put a lot of doubters and dmac-haters into screaming fits of anguish and despair.

This is so win-win-win. I think it will blow a lot of minds, even shadowing the last article.

Aha! I just heard from Mr. McDonald, the Managing Editor at Plumas News, that the article will drop in the April 6 edition of the paper.

This is going to be a long eight days.

Thanks to a tip received by a website dedicated to the Keddie murders, the Plumas County Sheriff's Department retrieved a hammer that could have been used in the 1981 slayings. It will be turned over to the California Department of Justice for analysis.

The next teaser is also quite intriguing, as it's another case I've been following for many reasons. Mark's case was also my first hint Sheriff Hagwood really wanted to look at unsolveds:

WOW!!!! I was away from the boards for YEARS and was absolutely astounded by Dmac and all he did!!! I go away for a little over a week for a death in the family and come back to this awesome news!!!!
