only if we meet for Prime Rib via the tunnels built under the Tahoe Cal-Neva. Damn, that alone is book-worthy.

A resort with secret tunnels between secret "star" cabins, filled with all whores such as Monroe, and RFK and Giancana as leaseholders, and you rethink AmeriKKKa.

I make an incredible Prime Rib, but I have to make the horseradish direct from the root, with a hand blender and rice wine vinegar. Otherwise it won't cause nosebleeds. You can't buy real horseradish at the store, and even Cal-Neva serves weak-ass horseshit instead.

I'm a Sysco Kid, 'He drink whiskey, Poncho drink the wine'

My understanding is Sinatra's and Giancana's Cal-Neva Tahoe is being rebuilt. I think it's been underway abt three years. Those tunnels will uncover where Elvis has been.

And Hoffa.

Dmac I'd have primb rib w/ you anytime. The star rooms sound amazing too. Not flirting just saying. I think you should write a book about your experience. Be it under a pseudonym and procedes to charitable causes. This is a journey of great importance and proportion. No I'm kissing your ass either. You know me better than that☺

I've stayed at the old Tahoe CalNeva many times. They used to offer a haunted CalNeva tour. For six dollars you got to walk through Marilyn's cabin, the tunnels and the old theater. Part sad, part creepy with some interesting history thrown in. I hope they rebuild it as a hotel, and not high end condos. Some really gorgeous lake views from the rooms. By the end before the remodel it was pretty run down and deserted.

Also hope they do something nice with Keddie. Personally, I believe it is completely stupid to put high end anything there because of the railroad. Rich people USUALLY don't purchase homes right next to anything noisy. But what do I know??

I don't think the Tahoe Cal-Neva thing will happen for quite a while....

For shits and giggles, I googled "Cal-Neva" and Mollath, and came up with this:

    CAL-NEVA LODGE, INC
    1730 Us Highway 50, Glenbrook, NV 89413
    Registration:
    Dec 5, 1985

    Business type: Domestic Corporation

Member: Charles Bluth (Director, President, Secretary, Treasurer, inactive)

    Agent: Stephen C. Mollath

However, it's a lodge about a mile from the resort.
